2026 EGFR Resisters Patient & Caregiver DIY Fundraising

• Set a deadline for the funds to be raised. As a reminder, to be eligible for EGFR Resisters' help with travel and hotel, funds must be raised by June 30, 2026.
• Fundraising Goal Reminders:
  • Raise $1500 (or more!) for EGFR Resisters by June 30, 2026, and you will be eligible for round-trip US transportation for one person and one hotel room for the 2026 Patient and Caregiver Summit in Chicago, IL.
  • Raise $2000 (or more) by June 30, 2026, and you will be eligible to bring one guest with you, which includes round-trip US travel for two people and one shared hotel room.
• And finally, add you or your loved one's story in the text box. This can be as long or as short as you want!

After one or more fundraising goals are reached, EGFR Resisters' staff will assist you in booking your travel and hotel room.
